***With the Beatles, pining away for those 'Boys.'
***
***In his early solo years, lusting after 16 year olds.
***
***Kind of changes your mind about him just a bit, although Boys was based on the Motown song 'Girls.' It just seems inappropriate coming from a man in his late 20s, though - no other band that I can think of would have touched it.
***
***'16' is just plain old creepy.
**
** Even though it's a cover "Boys" might've had some questioning Ringo and even the other three's sexuality. But Paul made a comment that they just liked the song and didn't even really think about that.
**
** An adult singing about 16 year olds is definitely a little creepy. But Ringo isn't the only one who has done it.
*
*how on earth so?? Really?? you've got to be kidding?
*
*I been told when a boy kiss a girl,
*Take a trip around the world,
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop, m'bop bop shuop)
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop, m'bop bop shuop)
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop) yeah, she say ya do. (Bop shuop)
*
*My girl says when I kiss her lips,
*Gets a thrill through her fingertips,
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop, m'bop bop shuop)
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop, m'bop bop shuop)
*Hey, hey, (bop shuop) yeah, she say ya do. (Bop shuop)

They changed over the lyrics with boy to girl in those stanzas, but in the one I am citing.

Anyhow I didn't mean this post to be taken so seriously - it was done tongue in cheek.
