And since there are 3 letters on each of the numbers (except for 1), you could make up just about anything you want it to mean if you just selectively choose not to include one number. You're trying to rationalize it out.. not working.
There's only 7 digits in a phone number. (318-2596). 3 (F), 1, 8 (U), 2 (C), 5 (K), 9 (Y) and 6 (O)
I have dialed it.. Health Insurance Marketplace.
And why would one go to health insurance marketplace? because of Obamacare...
