Legally, no. Lawyers who might not give a rats ass but for money will depend someone who was just sneared at, it seems.

I ran into a guy about 15 years ago who said something like this to me while talking about things in general that went specific in a second. He more or less said: "Why do I have to accept in any way the gays if they can't accept my ways about them"?

So, I guess, currently, no. There's no rights for the ones who might be without love and compassion. So, it is against the law to not have love and compassion.

I bet many people of all races are being lied to with fake smiles and talk while being served, but since the law is what it is, the owner will make more money, and not liked patrons will think they and the country has come a long way. (Works for all races, placed in either the owner or patron spot).

The ones who think they are being accepted might be fooled in feeling that, in other words.

The gov has all the rights, it seems. We are led to think it is we the people. HA! The more laws in place, the less rights for all. Blacks can't just have a place for blacks only anymore. (Lke they did in a town next to mine). A cool jazz club. I could tune the piano, (for there were no black tuners around), but that waas it. NO PROBLEM for me. I understood. IT was SIMPLY a Black thing" they WANTED!. So what? Some white guy who wants to make a scene , (MONEY), will sue over not being allowed in some club like that. I think that is stupid of the white guy. Why would anyone want to be where not wanted? Start his own club, and if it is all blacks he wants to have in his place, he should be able to do that, with no lawsuits! HIS right to be around WHO he wants to be around in HIS place of business!

But no, that is not the right of anyone anymore. That club? Closed down after whites did go in there to push the request. Assholes! The musicians then just gathered in their homes,,,where I also tuned for a lot who had pianos. SO what? They loved my work and I loved to talk to them and play music with just that one person at his house. I held NOTHING against any of them for just wanting their "Cotton Club" to be blacks only. I understood! How was I told before at the club? ("Johnny, some members will not like you coming in"). What did I say? "NO problem, have fun"! Their right to feel that. My right to deal with it how I want. Both our rights were respected!
