****the constitution doesn't require anyone to build/construct anything - it simply applies to the public in all capacities

***I didn't say what you pointed out, so, ???
***
***Monk actually brings up great points that are actual in their public use of. That's thinking. Along with my points you passed on.

**
**
**
**
**
**"Yes, your tax money and perhaps your physical labor went into providing the essentials I need to operate my business. Nevertheless , I refuse to serve you because you are a still a ni##er ."
**
**
**
**That's basically what you are enabling a racist business owner to say when you agree that civil rights legislation should have never happened...
**
**
**So if this business owner does not want government inteference, then let him be totally self-sufficient...He can provide his own electricity, water, safety measures, customer transportation, etc...
*
*I get that point, and in a general compassionate way, I agree of course.
*
*The principle point of decisions of any owner to accept or not any people is still his or her right, or should be. A general providing of national roads and electricity is another issue. The encompassing groundwork has been laid out to then have individuals conduct their businesses as they see fit.
*
*Can't force or legislate love, understanding, or compassion, in other words. That should be left up to each person to do as they want in the end, and to also deal with those consequences.
*
*IN My nice world, I would hope that everyone would except everyone who wants to take part in anybody's business. I sure have in mine, not needing any law to tell me who to hire or how to conduct my craft which I carried out with integrity to for everyone.
*
*Maybe some Blacks, or Chinese or whoever, would rather not have whites or anyone else to take part in their business, for their own personal reasons. That would be their right as well. I would certainly not want be in any place that wouldn't want my beige ass anywhere. For I would KNOW that is where the racist go! (Out in the open and not some fake thing just to make more money, from being forced to accept everyone). Make the racists even richer! :)
*
*I would hope ALL people wouldn't judge by the cover of the books. But for some, that is their way, and if they own a business, they should be in control of the staff and patrons, and suffer or do good because of it once the word gets out about WHO they really are.
*
*I am NOT one of "them". Neither is Paul or Chris, or McAdams, etc, etc. Some "will be", like in "any" race. Better to let the active business decisions), as a right of "any" individual!
*
*Thanks for hearing me out. I respect your points, and in a way, of course they too make sense as far as being fair to all. My points are just to show how that forced fairness takes away individual rights of any person who starts HIS or HER OWN business. It;s theirs! No matter what they are like,,,they should be able to BE as they like and have everyone see that in the open. Then to deal with it in any way anyone wants to deal with, other than harmful attacks on another of course.
*
*I know Blacks that would open a store that says, ALL welcome! Same with whites and same for any percentage of any race of whatever label they WANT to display. how about a place JUST for gays and lesbians? Why NOT? They could also say, ALL Welcome!
*
*The point being it should be THEIR FREE CHOICE! Not a law for force that personal minded issue.

We just can't mead headway here...The owner may say it's HIS business but he is not solely responsible for those services which keep it a functioning business... The very people he denies service to are among those paying for the essentials necessary to run his business... He does not any government interference except for the interference which keeps his business afloat...Running water, electricity, safety, and so on...

It doesn't happen often, but Black Monk and I are totally on the same page here... More like the same paragraph...
