theres been a great deal of emotional manipulation by the establishment as it pertains to civil rights and the tactics used are/were designed to maintain and/or even exacerbate the race division issues despite claiming to do the opposite
which is why things are coming full circle and have not progressed in a more positive direction
you can pretty much take to the bank that anything the establishment purports is for the exact opposite purpose they claim it to be for
other great examples are the patriot act and the affordable health care act
