That's a bold step for a native New Yoika...
Maybe we could meet up sometime when me and the Mrs. are on one of our excursions to Floyd Virginia... Don't know how far you'll be from there but we can work it out sometime... You and Mrs. PYCB would certainly be welcome at the cottage... I can guarantee your own comfy room, good music, good movies, and good beer...
