Well Folks

I made the jump - sold the house & bought another abode in Virginia for cash.

Tough leaving NY but too expensive to stay here - especially in semi retirement.

Moving to the Delmarva Peninsula where the living is easy.

Need to start working on my "y'all" pronunciation...........

Going to miss:
Pizza
Bagels
Italian Food
Dry Cleaners
Car Washes

I'm sure more will be added to the list as time goes on.

Murray - we'll be in neighboring states - gotta meet up with you sometime.
