* So what shows belong on a '50 Greatest TV Shows Of All Time' list as far as you're consumed?
I have to revisit this thread as I'm in on the tail end of season 1 of Game of Thrones. I had quite a few people recommend it to me, but I just blew it off. I thought of it as more fantasy and that didn't really appeal to me. But, I finally loaded it up on Netflix and have to say it is proving to be quite a good show. It's fantasy in that it's based in a medieval realm of 7 kingdoms, but it's still grounded in reality with the basis of the fight for power. The fat sloth of a king, the loyal king's hand wrestling with his morals, the rich family that try to control all....too many good characters with solid parallels.
Can't say GOAT on it, but this is a current show that I'm finding to be quite interesting.Followup Messages:
