No, sadly. We are basically animals. Highly evolved, but animals none the less. It is in our genetic code to be the strongest, most powerful of our species. When we were in tribes wandering around, the weak died off. The strong survived. Natural selection, survival of the fittest. Today, technology has allowed the weaker of the species to keep on surviving, but ultimately those in charge are the alpha males. Just as Grunk clubbed Skrock for looking at his woman or trying to eat his kill, so does George backstab Sam to win out a promotion to make more money and have the better life.

There are always exceptions to the rule, but by and large, our basic genetic make up is wired for us to dominate and survive.
