Even though the Russians have brokered the deal to get Syria to surrender it's chemical weapons, caution must be used to ensure it does actually happen. In the meantime, we still have to keep Obama's itchy trigger finger away from the war button. Obama is still planning on asking Congress for a military strike on Damascus in spite of the deal.

So much for "Mr. Nobel Peace Prize winner."
