They aren't considered bad by "sane standards". They are considered bad by your standards and by the standards set forth by other countries. There are delacasies in other countries wouldn't be considered safe for consumption and probably banned in the US, does that make those people insane for eating them?
Also, you always claim to be such a champion for freedom and people's rights, why are you against people eating what they choose? Or are you trying to dictate what should or shouldn't be eaten? Last I checked, farm raised salmon and mountain dew wasn't being force fed to anyone here. You have the option not to consume said products. What gives you the right to tell people what they can and can't eat? I guess you're only for freedom and rights so long as those freedoms and rights fall into line with yours.
Not to mention, those products listed below, only a couple are banned by a shit ton of countries, most are just banned by one or two countries. So using your own logic, since most of those foods ARE in fact being consumed in other countries, they must not be dangerous.Followup Messages:
