Lost Heroes of 9/11

So watched this hour long documentary last night here on Channel 4.

Turns out that Oliver Stone got it wrong with the cultural identity of the Marine Sergeant hero in his 2006 film - World Trade Centre - Jason Thomas is actually African American........how could that happen???

I mean Oliver Stone???.....wouldn't you have thought the utmost care and research would have been undertaken in portraying the facts.....

I just don't get it.
