*Here in the UK on this little Island we have the National Health Service and Though we've lost a lot of positives with the thing its still the envey of the world....
Er Moss have you never heard of the Liverpool Care Pathway.....that's a eugenics policy in that it decided who got treatment and who didn't.....who has the right to life in other words......that is a eugenics policy.
And imo the NHS has been slowly but stealthily overtaken by private interests.....it is no longer the great institution that Nye Bevan dreamt of.......he's turning I'll bet.
