What are you suggesting? That we should have made a preemptive strike on Assad? Considering how the suggestion that even after the attack, people said that Assad might not have been responsible (I guess this report disproves that hypothesis) and that we shouldn't attack, think of how much opposition there would have been to a preemptive strike.

And are you saying that Obama should have bypassed Congress to attack Syria?
