Obama didn't make that decision.. it was made for him after a walk through the gardens with the chief of his security adviser team Denis McDonough. The security team was outraged when they learned Obama had been talked into changing his mind and seeking congressional approval. But it is nice to see at least someone
on his staff still has some common sense and respect for the Constitution.
