*yes - i stand corrected - i was differentiating based on the post. the previous rationale for the war was because of nuclear weapons referred to as WMD.

*as far as Syria is concerned we do know that chemical weapons were used - who do you assert they were used by? Assad or the rebels whethered supported by the U.S. or not.



Oh it's certainly possible the rebels were occupied with executing the entire population of a Christian village, beheading a priest, or blowing away Christians at a checkpoint...
