**In London (and the south east in general) it would be some eye watering price. But I don't think there is anywhere in the UK it would cost as relatively little as 125K Euros.

I used to live in west London (Chiswick). "South east" just means London and the counties around it, property is expensive in most (probably all) of the south east.
