Never had assumed. Just going by what you said.
You are the King of twisting things around.
I understand that way of yours. No problem now. Will just try to be more concise. You know why I explain 75% of the time?: Because, knowing how and why I am saying things, (in tone and meaning), is taken wrongly by assumptions those 75% of the time.
When wrong, I wil admit it. Who else does that besides a few? Have you ever done that? Or do you still try to twist things around to make sure you are not shown to be wrong?
Think about it, calmly please. I wrote all that in a calm, just talking way. Maybe you hear attacking in my posts of something?

What's with the OUT thing? Is it like Over and Out?! LOL Kind of a cool style I guess. (Hey, whatever floats your boat)! Or, in today's sense for ya, "whatever supports your new house"! Best of luck with that, by the way. Get an inspector! Might save money in the long run, and headaches of major damage not able to be seen by us house hunters. Trust me, I went through something like that before. Loved the house and location, then once in and experienced some things, major repair needed that the owners did not reveal, IF they knew, to be fair.
