**No holidays this year, just a day or 2 off at times, longer weekend, something like this.

**Today and tomorrow I am actually officially taking 2 days off (we will leave home in a few minutes) and go to the North-East of Germany.

**We are going to look at 5 or 6 houses which are on sale, as we are planning to buy 1. It's quite early because our (finanical) plan is to buy a house there around May 2014, but as houses (and money) are currently so cheap, we may even make a quick decision.

**Inside it's fully renovated, ~ 1,850 sqm property, some nice details and just EUR 125 K (USD 160 K). Smaller then our current house, but we are just 2 people and all I need is internet access, a phone and an airport within 1 hr of travel.

**We are meeting the owner and the real estate broker at 5 pm today.
