Insurance companies with profits of up to $5B?

Pharmaceutical companies with profits of up to $10B?

Medical facility companies with profits of up to $2.5B?

Maybe all of that combined with McDonald's profits of $5.5B and (tobacco profits of up to $8.6B?)
