*I've been snipped by a couple chihuahuas exactly as the stereotype dictates. I'm a friend to animals, and the only animal that's ever snipped at me is a chihuahua. One was my a great aunt...she carried that little fucker everywhere and nobody could touch him or her. Another was a client that I had and that little fucker slashed a 3 inch gash into my Doc Martens.

we have been truly blessed.. We had no more use for the snarly ankle-biters than you do...There is a serene laid back nature in our oldest pup... It's as if she believes she was put here to take care of us both emotionally and physically...She does not regard that as a chore by any means... If she thinks Mom's elbow needs cleaning, she does it and wags her tail at the same time..,, When one of us chomping on yummy people food, the youngest dog will yap until he gets a bite.,,, The girl will sit patiently without the slightest whimper because she knows she will get a bite in just a short while...No need to fuss...
The only time she really gets snarly is with the other pup over food and even that doesn't happen often...
I think she may have been a Japanese monk in a former life... :)
