**** I read 'The Script' to my wife and she said that there was something that came out recently which was similar. That means I'm definitely ending that before somebody accuses me of stealing another's idea...

**Good one!

**Yeah, I have come up with ideas and things I thought I could patten, only to find out they were already being done the Right Way by somebody else! Hate when that happens! Several articles have come out a year after I wrote some papers on science stuff I imagined. So, they mist have imagined before me, and worked out the math before going to print. Damn!

**One of these days, I'm going to have an idea of my own! :)

*I believe the movie my wife was referring to is 'Stranger Than Fiction' which I haven't seen because I don't care for Will Ferrell at all.. There have been a number of films in which fictional characters communicate with real people and sometimes enter the real world... So while my idea may certainly have similar elements, I don't believe it to be a carbon copy of anything. I have investigated such films and I don't see that I'm going in the exact direction which they went... I may continue to play around with it. I just won't share it in a place where one's motives are often portrayed in the worst possible light by slugs who live for such for such an opportunity...

* I mean, your tunes often have Beatleish flavors but you wouldn't say You'd ripped them off, would you?

Oh, I ripped to the highest degree anyone could rip them off! Even with feeling about Martin would compose certain string lines or horn lines. And the sound! My God,,,the sound! I could be arrested for such theft! Would give me needed publicity too! LOL

But I do prefer to call it all my "influence". Thanks for assuming the best for me though,,,despite the facts of my recordings, which speaks or tributes The Beatles in my little attempts. Like how many groups or guitar player, writers, played JUST like Chuck Berry songs! Or Rap artists copying their heroes. It happens, for we love who we love, and sometimes want to do similar songs and sounds and style. I got good at stealing the pants off of those four lads and Martin. I even recently tried to simulate Geoff Emerick's technique to getting Drums to sound like he did for Ringo on Revolver, for example. Certain compression and other tricks of the studio. I tried to do that for a 2LT band-mate's song he wrote, "I Do". I produced that track and played most of the music, with Mike Caro adding GREAT guitar parts. Hear my ripping off techniques here!
