**Probably in how that "some" whites just want a white president, (or for anything), it also might be the way that "some" blacks will just vote based on the color of the skin.

*The percentage of blacks that voted for Obama was 92%. The percentage of the black vote that usually goes to a Democratic presidential candidate is around 85%. That can probably be attributed mainly to an increased turnout, but it is reasonable to assume that there were some black voters who usually vote Republican, but who voted for Obama. Now, given that we're talking about the few black voters who feel strongly enough that Republicans are right to support them over Democratic candidates, do you think it more likely that they'd vote for a candidate for his ethnicity over his policies or that they either found something else appealing about Obama or disagreeable about the Republican party?
