****But Their Hours are Being Cut!
****
****NBC News contacted around 20 small businesses and other entities for this report and found that employee hours are being cut to 29 hours because of Obamacare, despite the delay of the employer mandate. But the White House, NBC News reports, says that there is no systematic evidence that this is because of Obamacare and dismisses the report as anecdotal.

****but they one said this wouldn't happen?

***ahh, it's growing pains - kicking and screaming - it'll happen here and there - some will squawk and make noise and some will hear them and think the world is falling apart and amplify their signal to make it seem even more extreme but 20 years down the road the majority will be saying, 'how'd we ever lived without it'. much like seat-belts (man i remember the screaming and shouting over that one) and banning smoking in various places - oh the government has no right to impose on our freedoms - now everyone loves that you can go out and not inhale 2nd hand smoke and seat belts are a way of life.

***yabba yabba yabba blah blah blah

**Social security might be a better example. I'm wondering about the intelligence of anyone who falls for that "I'm only cutting my employees' hours because of Obamacare" story. If you can make a major reduction in your workforce in one stroke, there's something wrong with your business.
**
**Have you noticed that when people support Obamacare, they use statistics and when they oppose it, they use anecdotes? No matter what you do, there are going to be some people who are adversely affected and therefore anecdotal evidence against it.

* That's the statistics. Statistically, my businesses are growing, because collectively, they have sustained a 22% employment increase.
* The reality is I have reduced my full time employees to include only management. Now where once every employee had the option to sign on to my package health insurance, only management can, because my package will not accept part-time employees.
* Nice, huh? I have more people earning less money per worker, with no affordable health coverage in sight, not even workman's Comp!
* I find this situation repugnant, but I will not cannot allow my businesses to go under.

and on top of this, the IRS is up everyones ass, the NSA is up everyones ass, and obamacare is a glorified 'legalized' eugenics program
and when you get hit with your insurance increases thanks to FEMA, you may choose to allow your mortgage to forceplace and then when you get your monthly invoice, you wont be able to afford it and shortly thereafter foreclosure sets in (wait til people see the Flood Insurance increases coming this fall - we have a person who's currently paying $3800 for flood ins on their beach residence - if renewed @ the original rate bump, would be apx $7800 HOWEVER due to the new laws eff 10/1/13, the ren cost is going to be....are you sitting down......$80K+
no joke
we're in the middle of a global economic collapse
