So my wife and I were enjoying our Blue Ridge getaway. I'm sitting on the front porch of the cottage we rent each each year. It's about 2:30 A.M.... Suddenly I realize that I'm experiencing a very rare phenomenon..... There is absolute silence...No traffic sounds from near or far...No barking dogs.. Not even any crickets...It is absolutely still... So I continue to sit and bask in this amazing peace for about half an hour or so...
How often can you find that in this day and time?
We really did pick the right place to adopt as our second home...Followup Messages:
