This is telling; "The measure was narrowly defeated, 205-217, after last-minute lobbying by the Obama administration and House members on the intelligence panel, who said the program was crucial to national security.


ALL they have to say is "anything" is crucial to national security, and most of the team will agree. Doing spying and similar of US citizens in all kinds of media and phones without probable cause needs to be stopped. They are recording phone calls! And, without probable cause, as you already know.

In an interview I am editing now in between music, and coming here and elsewhere, for some silly reason LOL, attorney John Whitehead talks about his successful court case against one aspect of drones. Good tips in his talk about getting the right kind of info to him or others, so he can possibly pursue such things with the masses speaking through him in courts. I guess his book has that info and more. The interview will broadcast this Sunday on EconomicPolicyJournal.com There are two John Whiteheads, (THREE if you count my old school mate who still lives around here). BUT the John Whitehead for the interview is one of the two "good" John Whiteheads! My friend the other. BOTH not to be confused with the Darth Vader Whitehead! :)
