It's mostly the choice of anyone living there, so maybe some or a lot of poor actually like or even need something to smile about, regardless of their "costs". Otherwise, every aspect of their loves would be miserable.

Also, as I found out here for myself in 1992, while trying to help the poor in West Virginia, in the "Hollows", (spelling?), many folks in poor conditions actually want to live their way of not having much to worry about. It was a factor I didn't consider when assuming they all wanted the usual basic things in like as with those earning a decent amount of money. It was quite an mind opener as to HOW some folks actually prefer to live, despite what they look like to others.

So, maybe some DO like the sideline story of some happy people having a baby that is in their royal family. For the ones not liking it at all, they either have to deal with it, one way or the other, for choosing to stay there.

Even poor people have the choice to stay or not. BUT, just to complain for them? Maybe some or more don;t want or need anyone to do that for them,,,,as my music partner and I sure found out "in person".

It is also your choice to continue to live there, despite the current news and what that means. Just maybe, you and many care more about any so called negative side than the ones you are concerned about. Ask them, I guess is my point. For, we never really know what people like or even need, despite money issues.
