*Well,no. But I think it's worth looking at in light of current(A.D. or C.E. whichever you like more)events.
*I'm not a geneticist or social scientis but it seems like it's a social/personal issue rather than a "just born that way" one.

Maybe one or more of these?:
1. Lack of good fathers or mothers might be part of it. (any race)
2. Lack of work, for whatever reason.
3. Lack of good city schooling. One white teacher I know had been held up against the blackboard with a pencil against his throat by a black student at West Philly High. Maybe it's hard to get good teachers in the city schools, for a number of reasons. WHO wants to maybe be a victim of an assault as a teacher? Word spread about such a thing, for sure.
4. According to my very good doctor friend who is in the top bunch of his brain-study field in this area, said that an estimated 50% percent of ALL people do NOT have the physical ability or region in the brain to be able to feel remorse. (As when someone says "he or she doesn't have a conscience". He said that is actually a correct statement for those without a specific area of the brain, that is simply not producing certain chemicals to be sent where needed,,,in order to FEEL Remorse. He said all of us can KNOW about such things,,,as knowing right from wrong, and of course can NOT do bad things, simply based on knowing it will be wrong, (regardless of not able to feel it is wrong. Unless someone is specially insane with that topic, then they don;t even know right from wrong). That is also something a person can not help. Most though can choose for themselves how to treat people, even without having a physical conscience.
5. Some "feel remorse at some level", but don't "care"? (based on social upbringing or any number of factors).
6. Child abuse and not having dealt with it, or were NOT taught how to deal with it? So, they can lash out with their pent-up emotions of great, deep pain?
7. The need for money for any reason.,,,
8. ...Which ties into drugs, food, whatever.
9. Hatred for anyone for any reason.
10. Love, Sex and Jealousy. (Passion crimes)
Bonus reasons: For the hell of it? Many just don't care about themselves, thinking they are doomed to be treated like shit, so they treat others that way first, or second. ???Followup Messages:
