**Consider. You take an aggressor with a gangster mentality who wanders around. Kind of minding his own business but someone you might want to keep an eye on. You take a man who is wanting to protect his home and family that is keeping an eye on the aggressor(who, of course, is on the downlow,doing war by deception)
**The man stands his lawful ground, makes his presence known, but doesn't provoke the aggressor. The aggressor takes offense at being seen for what he really is and feels threatened and or persecuted that his cover has been blown so attacks the man who is merely protecting hearth and home. The aggressor uses all the deadly force at his disposal in his attack but suffers the loss .
**Afterward in the public court the fellow aggressors claim the aggressor is the victiom. He's misunderstood and has a right to be somewhere that isn't actually his own home.
