*Interesting how it seemed like a good idea to her before the pressure got turned up. Too bad she didn't consider the implications earlier about how a conflict od interesr could arise from this. I wonder what else this juror failed to consider this week in regards to the case.

It appears she didn't fail to follow the jury instructions which were given to her... Are you suggesting she should have ignored the parameters she was given?
