*ok so you want to resort to playing semantics - if he was not found guilty - he is therefore innocent - spin it however you want to (as is your want) - but the fact remains he was found not guilty (feel free to substitute whatever inane word you wish)

"Innocent" means you didn't commit the crime. "Not guilty" means the jury doesn't think the case against you was proven.
How many times over the past two decades have you complained about OJ being treated as though he were guilty, even though, according to your standards, he's "innocent?"
