***He was looking in windows. If you look at the timeline Martin had plenty of time to get back to the place he was staying before Zimmerman could've been anywhere near him. Zimmerman was keeping an eye on Martin but Martin actively attacked Zimmerman. Zimmerman had multiple documented injuries which would've only become worse with continued beating. Zimmerman had only scraped knuckles from pummeling Zimmermans face and of course a gunshot wound through the heart that SAVED Zimmermans life.

**Should've read Martin but I don't know. The way you seem to see things it might've been Zimmerman pummeling his own face. Could be.

*As to the judge, Nothing needs to be brought into her actions other than the pressure of being judged herself by being on world wide TV! Live TV appearances will have anyone not being them old selves. Especially when it's the first time on such a BIG Stage!

*Going by the evidence that the prosecution presented, I now feel the defense could have just said, "there's nothing for me to do, for the prosecution did NOT prove their case for either murder charge. (And,,,,the manslaughter charge was just an desperate afterthought when they even knew they had nothing to prove 2nd degree murder. They were a joke in what they said and how they acted like in the closing,,,,(the prosecution). They had to bring a case to court, after having to arrest Zimmerman after pressure from the Martin family, then town, then country, then the country, through growing media attention at that time.

*THEY might have known they really had little to hang a murder 2 charge on. Even the manslaughter charge seems desperate to get "something". If it was hate crime,,,,then they failed to bring that up in the beginning. But still, hard to not see self defense, (now for me just from last week with your help), with JUST looking at the evidence presented in the courtroom...NOT from what any side says on some interviews.

*But the judge? TV Pressure seems the most likely explanation to her actions. Pressure will do that in a HEARTBEAT of knowing the cameras are ON,,,(That RED Light anyone on TV sees). I know this first hand, and I can tell ya,,,,it can be unnerving at first. And I was ONLY playing two songs I KNEW by heart when 17. LOL When we have NO fear for such things,,,just excitement. Was still a little unnerving. Imagine the judge having to be at her best in such a court case on TV!!!!??? Tougher than what she is actually showing it to be. Great poise,,,despite!
