**** Interesting ratings. I'd personally rate Ram, Wild Life, and London Town a bit higher. As for McCartney II I actually like the more normal McCartney songs on it but agree that the experimental stuff is pretty bad. In general I do think that Paul's Wings period is somewhat underrated. Certain Beatle fans would like you to believe that outside of Band on the Run all the other Wings albums were junk. While Band on the Run was the highlight Paul and Wings did put out some other good albums.

***Maybe I was a bit hard on Ram but to my ears some of those songs are subpar and Linda's voice being prominent in the mix doesn't help.London Town I could even bump up a point but Wild Life deserves a 1.The album was rush recorded (why I don't know) and the songs are pretty shoddy.Wild Life SUCKS!!!Was I yelling?Sorry! :)

** I can agree with you to some degree regarding Linda's voice being too prominent in the mix on at least some of the Ram songs. But at least for me the music makes up for it. Ram's not necessarily Paul's deepest album but I think it still finds him in very good form musically.
**
** If I remember correctly I think Paul and his Wings lineup at the time spent about only two weeks working on the Wild Life album. But there still are some songs on it that I like such as Some People Never Know, Tomorrow, and the reworking of Love is Strange. The lowest points are probably Mumbo, Bip Bop(at least lyrically), and Wild Life.

*Wild Life is a truly terrible album!Tomorrow and Some People Never know are the only ones I can stomach.I also have the cd with bonus tracks.I love Oh Woman Oh Why?Paul screams his ass off!C Moon and Hi Hi Hi are also good ones
I messed up on above post C Moon and Hi Hi Hi are on Red rose Speedway.Little Woman Love is a bonus track on Wild Life.Very good song!Followup Messages:
