If you don't want to pay someone else to deliver it to your home, then you'd better get yourself a jug and walk down to the nearest river every day. I don't really know why your whinging about the fact that you have to pay for a service that's not even available to millions of people around the globe. It doesn't matter if it's necessary for life, it's still a service someone else provides for you.
