*While that's complete sarcasm, the fact remains that you have no idea what the kid is actually saying and there's a good chance someone subtitled it as they saw fit. But you'll take it at face value and question nothing.

*Do you think that food, water and education are bad things? Have you ever been to a place where food, water and education are a luxury? I recently spent just a week Malakal, South Sudan, and that was an incredible, eye-opening experience. Girls there are married off at 13 and don't even have a chance at an education...do you think that's a better system than what we have here in the West? A female child is looked at as a commodity, not a person...would you prefer that?
*Their only option for water is filling up jugs of water from the White Nile. Is there something wrong with being able to open up your tap and pour yourself a glass of clean water (don't bother with your fluoridation spiel)? Is there something wrong with taking a shit in a toilet and flushing it out through the public sewer system? Would you prefer that people simply take a shit in the street or the river upstream from others filling water jugs?
