Hey maybe those Egyptians aren't drinking fluoridated water.........yet......They've got Coke and McDonalds tho'....so there is an ingress.

You may think of Coke and McDonalds as something civilised , or being Canadian Tim Horton's perhaps??.....(btw I like Tim Horton's) - however I don't consider franchise food as any kind of measure of human progress or success tbh.....Our leaders do tho'

Anyway, like I said, you're one or t'other.
