*I listened to my almost 40 year old copy and it sounded a little worn out but as far as the song selection it's fine.It felt like listening to an old friend I haven't seen in a long time.Like I said below in a post the American Beatles albums are what I grew up on.I've gotten used to the British releases but I didn't know about them until I was about 13 or 14.Yesterday And Today is still a great album!Opens with Drive My Car and ends with Day Tripper.Come on that's a winner in my book!!!!



It's not that Y and T is a totally crappy album loaded with lesser songs...


It's that the stash of songs slated for the next album was raided to flesh out this one...This left the US Revolver weaker as a result.... The US version needed more Lennon!
