**cant you just leave something in the water for it to climb out on......a piece of wood or something .....whenever there is a spider in the bath I just drape a towel over the edge to accommodate its climbing out and finding shelter.....dont' kill spiders or anything if I can help it.

How about this: You found a swimming partner! When he or she wants out,,,out it will come! Enjoy the company! Swimming with one of nature's creatures other than your usual friends! LOL

OR,,,simply dive down and scoop em up in a net, and release it to whatever area nearby that has water, (lake, pond).Followup Messages:
