Don't think it's on any bootleg, I remember reading it I think in Mark Lewisohns book, the complete Beatles recording sessions. He chronicles every day the Beatles spent in the studio. If I remember correctly he talks about how they sang tittittit and after, George Martin asks the question. If its not there its in the Paul biography. I'll have a look tomorrow and quote it.
