**Funny, I never saw him as a lovable character. I don't think he was supposed to be. He was charming and was able to manipulate people for his own desires but never really lovable. He had a soft side that we saw often, but deep down you knew at any moment his psychopathic tendencies would unleash and he could kill you in cold blood with no regrets.

His performance is certainly worthy of praise but the character? Hardly...
