**I've never come across anywhere here that serves dill pickles with sandwiches.....something I miss about the States, always seemed to make the meal? so much more complete, oh and a dollop of 'slaw too. I hope the bones have been removed from those ribs.

That's the way they serve it at Gates Barbecue. They expect you to eat the ribs same as a person always does then sop up the sauce with the white bread and top it off with the pickle.
I like it like that
