I've read something like that before somewhere about the stage resemblance to the Pergamon Altar. Don't know if Obama's stage
was actually designed with that Altar in mind, but one would wonder about some of his locales and symbolism use. For instance back in 2008, Obama made a speech before a huge crowd in Berlin he was standing beneath the Berlin "Victory statue" which is of an angel on a tall column and Obama was facing the crowd with the Angel's back to him.

Some could say that it had a Satanic overtone too I suppose..
