*As many as 200,000 demonstrators marched through the streets of Brazil’s biggest cities on Monday in a swelling wave of protest tapping into widespread anger at poor public services, police violence and government corruption.
*
*The marches, organized mostly through snowballing social media campaigns, blocked streets and halted traffic in more than a half-dozen cities, including Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Brasilia, where demonstrators climbed onto the roof of Brazil’s Congress building and then stormed it.
*
*Monday’s demonstrations were the latest in a flurry of protests in the past two weeks that have added to growing unease over Brazil’s sluggish economy, high inflation and a spurt in violent crime.

Only if they take over, and put others in their jobs. Otherwise, and very hellish place to live and work and raise children. I hope they can overthrow that government. But The central banks, which cause prices to rise past living expenses, which causes up-rises and clashes will still be there. It will take much more than an overthrow of the office jobs these days. But anything is possible with true action. Just taking over the Gov is a huge JOB. Then there's the central banks! Very tough days and years ahead for those struggling people. Already have been, but damn, it will not be a quick turnabout, no matter how it is done.

I wonder when their army will counter attack as if being invaded by another country? I hope it doesn't come to that. Game over if so, for the people.

Picture that here, with the Army, Air Force, Rangers, CIA, etc?!
WE protest and some throw stuff at police, and that is allowed up to a point. Anything more than that, and watch what happens.

The best we can do is to manage our daily lives and family, and decide where to live if such a HUGE turmoil rises. Unless you have friends with smart bombs, tanks, fighter jets, and all else. THOSE assault riffles even would be eaten for lunch.

I feel for those struggling people in all countries feeling the need to take on the government in a war like way. That is desperate, and leads to many getting hurt and killed. Hope non have children to be left alone in the streets. A very tough, sad situation.
