**I just got my new Monthly Budget for Home Heating Oil. Last year I was paying $290 a month for 12 months ($3480 for the year). Average price per gallon $4.15.

yes & I can remember paying 50 cents for the movies, gas was 27 cents, I got into my first house with $1200 down & a monthly mortgage of $200 & you could get a whole pizza for $1.50 instead of $2.50 per slice - but has that got to do with what I asked?
