If John did it was likely when he was hanging out with Paul during the Lost Weekend period. I believe John already had his falling out with Klein by that point.
But in the end Paul was vindicated as far as not wanting to be associated with Allan Klein goes. I remember Paul said he was warned by other artists including Mick Jagger to stay away from Klein and ABKCO.Followup Messages:
