Depression

Might have to go back on meds.
This sense of impending doom, just can't shake it.
Yeah. Depression ain't no fun.
Started drinking heavier, self medicating. That's no good. So I'm cutting it off completely ... at least till get through this little episode.
Tomorrow I'll start my pills.give that a couple weeks, then we'll see.Followup Messages:
