**A purposeful act of civil disobedience? You mean like try to incite a riot if things don't go their way? seriously?
**You do not go out into the street armed and publicly declare and dare the government or law enforcement to do anything about it..that's called provocation with intent to disrupt the peace
**and a myriad of other possible charges that can be brought on his head. And that's exactly what it sounds like this crackpot wants to do..he wants to provoke someone by daring them to stop him and if they try, he/they will respond with violence?!?!

I'm not going to waste my time writing to some self absorbed jackass who is just trying to antagonize others into a negative response and will ultimately kill the message that he purports he is trying to get across.
You ever heard the old saying..
You can attract more flies with honey than with vinegar?
Something he should think about before he continues to be an assclown and kills the message with his antics.
