Because an armed march to overthrow the government has non violence written all over it.

Saying it's non violent unless the government chooses to make it violent is bullshit. They are twisting the truth to try and keep themselves guilt free for getting people hurt. This is a premeditated act. The fact that they are arming themselves to overthrow the government is an act of aggression, i.e. violence. The violence starts there, not when the government REACTS to their aggression. People don't arm themselves to be non violent. Hence why, when someone surrenders in a fight, the first thing they do is throw down their weapon.
