***This is a perfect example of the government being damned if they do, damned if they don't. If they come down on this guy BEFORE the attacks, then you and your ilk start screaming about fascist/totalitarian government and how they are stripping us of our rights and whatever other hot catch phrases are the flavor of the week. If they don't do anything and he is successful in the attack, then you blame them for not doing their job. But hey, way to stay objective. :/
