**
**Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova shared incredible information on the Benghazi whistleblowers with listeners of a D.C. radio station Monday.
**
**In a clear case of the proverbial “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil,” the U.S. State Department is refusing to grant attorneys representing the Benghazi whistleblowers the security clearances needed to interview their clients about classified information, diGenova told WMAL DC radio.
**
**DiGenova’s wife and law partner, Victoria Toensing, was recently retained by one of the State Department whistleblowers who will testify before Congress soon, but she and other attorneys have been blocked from the needed clearances in what is an attempt to prevent testimony, he said.
**
**“There’s going to be a constitutional showdown here,” diGenova said. “Congress is going to win. The administration’s effort to cover up what happened in Benghazi is going to fail.”
**
**He said the Obama administration is doing everything it can to prevent the whistleblowers from testifying in public, under oath, in order to protect former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama.
**
**Making this all the more unbelievable, diGenova said, is that Toensing currently holds a top-secret security clearance to represent another client in a separate case, but is now being refused clearance to represent a State Department whistleblower who wants to talk about Benghazi.

*There is no accountability in this administration with either Obama nor Clinton nor any of the others that had a connection with the Benghazi incident..Obama and Clinton have both said they "assume" responsibility but then nothing happened and both did everything they could to sweep it under the rug. I think the surviving family members of the Ambassador and others that got killed in Benghazi need to file a lawsuit immediately.
*This administration doesn't even try and hide it's intent to
*avoid prosecution or accountability for those deaths.
*And what they are doing here is nothing short of the obstruction of justice. Politicians nowadays seem to think they are immune
*to prosecution. I think it's high time we start showing them they are NOT.
